If TagCraft isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of purchase at support@tagcraftai.com and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation — just tell us the email you paid with.

• Subscriptions (Pro monthly/yearly): full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; no further charges.
• Early Bird lifetime deal: full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, back to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear.
• No refunds are possible for requests made more than 7 days after purchase — but you can always cancel future charges.

Cancel your subscription at any time from the Paddle confirmation email ("Manage subscription"), or just email us and we'll do it for you.
